How should I choose my size for Thursday Boots?

We generally recommend ordering a half-size smaller than you typically wear in athletic sneakers. Our boots are designed with a generous fit to accommodate quality socks while providing a secure heel lock.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, brand-new condition with all original packaging included.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Are your boots waterproof?

While our WeatherSafe™ suede and high-quality leathers offer excellent water resistance for everyday use, they are not 100% waterproof for submersion. We recommend regular maintenance with leather conditioner to preserve their integrity.

Where are Thursday Boots manufactured?

Our products are ethically handcrafted in world-class facilities located in Leon, Mexico, and Alicante, Spain, using high-quality materials sourced from top-tier tanneries.

Can my boots be resoled?

Yes. Most of our boots feature Goodyear Welt construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, significantly extending the life of your footwear.
