Return Process

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the unworn items back in their original branded box and secure them inside a generic shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or ship your exchange as soon as the return is inspected.
